Content is king they say. The best way to rank high in Google is to have good
content, fresh content - this above all else is important.
Well, there are lots of people writing about the daily ongoings of
the contest. How many positions they have gained or lost, some are
talking about what they are doing to improve their rankings and that
seems to be the bulk of the entries - admitedly though, I haven't
looked at ALL of the competition.If this were a real site, I mean, for a real company that I was
SEO-ing, I would advise content. Lots of on topic content with a
reasonable use of keywords. Articles, Reports,... you know.. content!
So this site is full of content. No, it doesn't make a lot of sense,
in fact, much of it doesn't make any sense at all but it 'looks good'
(unless you attempt to read it).
Content is spider food and I'm sitting here feeding the spiders. What I don't know for sure is how much to feed them before they explode! At the moment, my position is rising so I'm not changing anything.
So you can look forward to finding more and more spider food here with
the occasional dose of reality thrown in for good measure.
