but I didn't really expect people to share secrets - maybe a
congeniality award for the participant who is most willing to help
others.

However, that said, I have no idea what I'm doing right or wrong -
I don't think the google results are representative of much right now -
I think it's the people that got lots of content right off the bat and
who have maybe built some decent back links.

I have 2 other entries that have good domain names and good content
but I can't even get them indexed right now - there are probably a few
like that and I'm guessing that once they get indexed, we'll see the
top 10 start changing (not my sites particularly but others who have
entries)

I have never done anything more than basic seo so seeing my entry
in the top five is a real blast - but I'm not expecting it to stay
there with limited resources - it will be hard to keep up with those
more experienced and those with contacts they have built up - never say
die though!
